The National Academy of Athletics has numerous sports camps throughout the summer.

Scholarships are available for mentees attending the Cavanagh Rec Center camps

Petaluma small craft center boating camps

Mentees have a free scholarship for classes.  When registering online, be sure to select from the Mentor Me drop down menu that "Yes, the camper is a mentee". 

You are able to register without payment, so simply bypass the payment screen and continue. If you have any questions or need help registering your mentee, please call us at 778-4798.

At Small Craft Summer Camp kids learn four boating sports: rowing, kayaking, stand-up paddling, and Hawaiian Outrigger Canoeing. Ages 12-18 
9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Thursday
9:00 am - Noon on Friday
July 6-10  and July 27-31

At Introduction to Sprint Kayak Racing, kids learn how to go fast in lightweight kayaks. This is an Olympic sport!  Ages 11-14 
Tuesday & Thursday 5:15 pm -7:00 pm
Saturday 8:45 am - 11:00 am
June 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, 20

Rec Swim at the Cavanagh Pool is from 1 - 4 pm Monday - Saturday

Stop in the office, say hello, and pick up your pass for free entrance!

Swimmers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult
