Mentor Me Petaluma is proud to announce it has received a Health and Human Services grant from the Community Foundation Sonoma County in the amount of $25,000.00. Mentor Me Petaluma is currently serving 70 children at six Petaluma schools. This grant will make it possible to open two more Mentor Centers, at McKinley and McDowell Schools.
